Calogero (Vincenzo Nemolato) è un giovane siciliano che ha voluto fare la cosa giusta. Per sé, per la sua compagna e per Marcella, che ancora non era nata. Per questo Calogero ha denunciato il killer (Giovanni Calcagno) che un giorno ha sparato a due uomini davanti al suo carretto di granite; e per questo lui si è trovato in Trentino, in un paese dimenticato da tutti, nella pensione Paradise.
